What is the handover procedure?
On the day of your collection, please allow 30 minutes for the handover process, which will include:
- Completing any outstanding paperwork
- Signing the rental agreement
- Processing the security deposit
- Motorhome training
- Questions
What is the drop off procedure?
Return Instructions
When returning the vehicle, please ensure you:
- Return it on time
- Report any faults or damages
- Refill the vehicle with DIESEL (see fuel policy)
- Empty the toilet cassette
- Dispose of both fresh water and grey water waste
- Remove all personal belongings
What are the collection and drop off times?
Our motorhomes can be collected between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM. They should be returned on the day of departure between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
Collections can be Monday – Friday ( no collections on Saturday or Sunday)
If you need to arrange times outside of these hours, please note that an additional fee may apply. Late returns will incur a charge of £50 per hour (or part of an hour) for the first three hours. Vehicles returned after 1:30 PM will result in a deduction from the security deposit equal to the remaining balance.
Which days can I collect the motorhome?
Collections can be Monday – Friday ( no collections on Saturday or Sunday)
Is isurance included?
We provide the necessary insurance for your trip at no extra cost. If you require an extra driver, this can be arranged at an extra fee. Please contact us to arrange.
What age must I be to drive the motorhome?
Drivers must be over the age of 30 for insurance purposes.
Do the motorhomes come with bedding?
Bedding can be hired at an additional cost. The cost is £45 per double set.
What happens if the motorhome has a breakdown?
Comprehensive roadside assistance is included in your rental package, along with details on how to get help if needed.
What happens if I am late returning the vehicle?
Please note that late return charges do apply.
Our motorhomes can be collected between 1.30 PM and 3 PM, and we ask that you arrive at least one hour before the depot closes.
Returns should be made between 10 AM and 10:30 AM, also with at least one hour’s notice before closing.
A surcharge of £50 per hour (or part of an hour) applies for late returns up to three hours.
If these timeframes don’t suit you, please discuss your needs with us during the booking process, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Where can I leave my vehicle
We offer parking in a secure facility for £35 per week.
Please note the pick up point and motorhome is not at the location listed on our website. No vehicles are stored at this address. We will confirm the pick up location after your booking.
Can a baby or child seat be fitted?
Baby and child car seats can be fitted. The seats do not have iso-fix, so if you are bringing your own, please ensure it can be secured with the seatbelt only.
What happens if something breaks during your trip?
If you have any issues with the appliances or electrical systems, we’re here to help. Just call and we can advise or organise a repair if required.
How do security deposits and cancellation fees work?
The following cancellation rules apply.
If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, a £25 administration fee will apply.
For cancellations made more than 6 weeks before collection, 25% of the total rental cost is non-refundable.
For cancellations between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before collection, 50% of the total rental fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations made within 2 weeks or for no-shows, 100% of the total rental charge is non-refundable.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed in our motorhome for a small surcharge. Please confirm this during your booking.
Are there any mileage restrictions?
There is a mileage restriction of 200 miles per day. Additional miles will be charged at £0.35 per mile.
What is the fuel policy?
We will supply the vehicle with a FULL tank of fuel and the hirer should return the vehicle with a FULL tank of fuel.
What is provided with the motorhome?
The motorhome comes with all the kitchen utensils you will need.
It will also come with essentials such as Electric Cables, Gas Bottles, Water Filling Hose, Fire Extinguisher, dustpan and brush.
Do you allow European travel
European travel is permitted. There is a surcharge of £30 per day added to our regular daily cost.
